The location of the hotel was perfect! It was right next to the cable car to the waterfalls and also very close to the bus stop. Cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great, with an indoor and outdoor onsen, coin laundry, and wifi in the rooms. The breakfast provided was delicious, as were the Japanese-style set dinners with over 20 free drinks to choose from. Lastly, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating during my entire stay.
Absolutely nothing.

The hotel offered a convenient location, just steps away from major attractions. The breakfast buffet was quite varied, providing both Western and Japanese options. The hot springs were really enjoyable, especially the outdoor ones.
While the hotel had a lot going for it, the rooms could use some updating. The beds weren't the most comfortable, and we could hear some outside noise.

We spent Christmas here and it was amazing! the hot springs were the best part of our stay, especially the private one. It was so cute and cozy! the breakfast was also very nice, with a good variety of food to choose from. the location was perfect for us as it was very close to the ropeway and had free parking which made our visit a lot easier.
The bedding was not the most comfortable but it didn't affect our overall experience. we had to pay when we checked in which was a bit odd compared to other hotels we visited in Japan.
